Kids/Family Yoga

Beanie Yogini - Elementary School age
This class for younger yoginis engages children with a playful combination of yoga poses, story-telling, songs, games, music, and art. This yoga uses a creative, interactive style to help elementary school-aged children express themselves physically, mentally and creatively. back to top of the page
Tweeni Yoginis - Middle School age
This pre-teen yoga class continues with the playful theme but with a deeper focus on the yoga itself. This yoga will help students develop a stronger sense of self acceptance and self-esteem to ease those difficult Middle School years. back to top of the page
Teen Yoga - High School age
This teen class provides a safe, non-competitive place for teens to cope with the stress of High School and teen life. As with all yoga, Teen yoga also helps with weight control, self-esteem, and concentration issues. back to top of the page
Family Yoga
Much like the kids classes but for the whole family with kids ages 3 and up. This class is structured like the kids classes but offers more opportunity for partner activities. back to top of the page
